Are these all the wedding dresses you have available?
Since we have a very large collection of ex-sample wedding dresses and new stock arriving regularly, we are unable to include every single dress we have available online. The online preview of our collection gives you an idea of which high end designers we stock, and our range of sizes and styles, but if you would like to view the entire collection, please book a bridal appointment!
Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes, to ensure every bride has the best experience. We offer exclusive use of the boutique appointments. We offer appointments 7 days a week, including evenings. Saturday’s are always the first the fill up, if you have a date in mind, it’s best to contact us at least a month in advance to book.
what should I expect at an appointment?
You and your bridal party will be welcomed into the boutique at your booked appointment time. You will have exclusive use during your appointment. This means other brides will not be in the shop browsing or trying on dresses at the same time. It is important to us that you feel comfortable and relaxed and only have the people you have chosen around. We have a large beautifully decorated bridal changing room, complete with dressing gown.
It’s all about the little details, that coupled with our experience and service is why we see over 85% of our brides finding a dress with us!
do you have any covid safety measures in place?

How much are your designer wedding dresses?
With nearly 300 dresses in our boutique, almost all of them range from £199-£995. We have a handful just over the £1000 price point. We aim to be around half of the designer RRP dress price, with some dresses up to 70% off.
Do you sell accessories?
We certainly do, we hold an extensive veil collection. You will also find we have hair pieces, jewellery, belts, jackets, capes and more to complete your perfect look.
Am I allowed to wear make-up and fake tan?
Yes brides of course are welcome to wear make-up. We do ask not to wear fake tan as this can stain the dresses.
Some of my bridal party live abroad/far away, can we facetime them during the appointment?
Yes, absolutely. We know how important it is to have key family members of friends with you when making such a big decision. All our brides and guests have access to free WIFI during the appointment.
Can we take photographs during the appointment?
Yes, you can take photos at our shop. It is a great question and definitely worth checking with any bridal shops you visit – as a lot do not allow you.
If my dress needs altering, can you make the alterations?
We don’t offer in house alterations. However, we do have a number of excellent seamstresses locally that our brides use and who are exceptionally reasonable.
Do you offer payment plans?
Most of our brides pay in full and take the dress home that day. However, we do offer brides the flexibility to spread payments evenly over three consecutive months.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, we accept all card payments. Along with cash and bank transfer.
Do you have on-site parking?
Yes, we have a huge amount of free parking directly by the shop.
